Job summary

Stirling Warrington is seeking a skilled Lift Service Engineer to cover Basingstoke. You will manage service visits, attend breakdowns and perform planned maintenance on Passenger and Goods lifts to maximise first-time fixes.

The role requires NVQ Level 3 Lift Engineering, at least 2 years in lift service/maintenance, and a full UK driving licence with willingness to travel within the coverage area. A proactive, reliable approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in lift service/maintenance is required.
• Attainment of NVQ Level 3 Lift Engineering or equivalent.
• Strong fault-finding, diagnostic and repair skills.

Responsibilities

• Attend lift breakdowns and undertake planned servicing and maintenance work.
• Provide service and PPM work at customer sites.
• Provide technical support and advice to customers and maximise the first-time fix rate.
• Manage your own lift service engineer in Basingstoke and travel within the coverage area.
• Maintain a professional image on site as a company ambassador.

We are a well-known and established Lift Service, Installation and Repair company. Due to our ever-growing lift service portfolio, we are looking for a Lift Service Engineer to cover Basingstoke.

Key Responsibilities of the successful Lift Service Engineer:

• Management of your own lift service engineer in Basingstoke
• Attend lift breakdowns and undertake planned servicing and maintenance work.
• Providing Service and PPM work at customer sites
• Provide technical support and advice to customers andmaximise the first-time fix rate
• Maintain a professional image at all times as youre a company ambassador on site
• Travelling throughout the coverage area

Key requirements of the successful Lift Service Engineer:

• NVQ Level 3 qualified in Lift Engineering
• 2 years of experience in a Lift Service / Maintenance Engineer position
• Relevant qualifications for the position, e.g. J Modules
• Proficient with fault finding, diagnosis and repair on either/both Passenger and Goods lifts
• Self-motivated, reliable, and organised
• Full UK driving licence and prepared to travel with the role
