Job summary

Stirling Warrington, a leading mobility solutions provider, is hiring a Lift Service Engineer for Devon/Cornwall. You will manage your own service route, respond to lift breakdowns, perform servicing and maintenance, and support customers on site.

The role requires NVQ Level 3 Lift Engineering, at least 2 years in lift service, and qualifications such as J Modules. You must be self-motivated, reliable and willing to travel across the Devon/Cornwall region.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 Lift Engineering or equivalent qualification.
• 2 years of experience in Lift Service/Maintenance.
• Relevant qualifications such as J Modules.

Responsibilities

• Management of your own lift service route in Devon/Cornwall and surrounding area.
• Attend lift breakdowns and undertake planned servicing and maintenance work.
• Provide Service and PPM work at customer sites.
• Provide technical support and advice to customers and maximise the first-time fix rate.
• Maintain a professional image as a company ambassador on site.

Key requirements of the successful Lift Service Engineer:

• NVQ Level 3 qualified in Lift Engineering
• 2 years of experience in a Lift Service / Maintenance Engineer position
• Relevant qualifications for the position, e.g. J Modules
• Proficient with fault finding, diagnosis and repair on either/both Passenger and Goods lifts
• Self-motivated, reliable, and organised
