Job summary

Stirling Warrington is seeking a Lift Service Engineer to join our West London operations. You will cover a service route, attend breakdowns and carry out planned maintenance on passenger and goods lifts, ensuring high first-time fix rates and customer satisfaction.

The role requires NVQ Level 3 in Lift Engineering, 2 years' experience, a full UK driving licence and willingness to travel within the region. A competitive salary up to £50,000 is offered.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Lift Engineering is required.
• 2 years experience in Lift Service / Maintenance.
• Relevant qualifications such as J Modules are desirable.
• Proficient with fault finding, diagnosis and repair on Passenger and Goods lifts.
• Self-motivated, reliable and organised.
• Full UK driving licence and willing to travel.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own lift service route in West London (and Guildford area).
• Attend lift breakdowns and undertake planned servicing and maintenance work.
• Provide Service and PPM at customer sites.
• Provide technical support and advice to customers and maximise the first-time fix rate.
• Maintain a professional image on site as a company ambassador.
• Travel across the coverage area.

Key requirements of the successful Lift Service Engineer:

• NVQ Level 3 qualified in Lift Engineering
• 2 years of experience in a Lift Service / Maintenance Engineer position
• Relevant qualifications for the position, e.g. J Modules
• Proficient with fault finding, diagnosis and repair on either/both Passenger and Goods lifts
