Job summary

Stirling Warrington is seeking a proactive Lift Service Engineer to cover Basingstoke. You will manage service, attend breakdowns, perform planned servicing and maintenance, and support customers to maximise first-time fix rates.

The role requires NVQ Level 3 Lift Engineering, 2 years of relevant experience, and a full UK driving licence with willingness to travel across the coverage area. You will represent the company on site with professionalism.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 Lift Engineering is required.
• At least 2 years in Lift Service or Maintenance.
• Relevant qualifications such as J Modules are desirable.
• Proficient fault finding, diagnosis and repair on lifts (passenger/goods).
• Valid UK driving license and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own lift service engineer in Basingstoke.

We are a well-known and established Lift Service, Installation and Repair company. Due to our ever-growing lift service portfolio, we are looking for a Lift Service Engineer to cover Basingstoke.

Key Responsibilities

• Management of your own lift service engineer in Basingstoke
• Attend lift breakdowns and undertake planned servicing and maintenance work.
• Providing Service and PPM work at customer sites
• Provide technical support and advice to customers and maximise the first-time fix rate
• Maintain a professional image at all times as you're a company ambassador on site
• Travelling throughout the coverage area

Key Requirements

• NVQ Level 3 qualified in Lift Engineering
• 2 years of experience in a Lift Service / Maintenance Engineer position
• Relevant qualifications for the position, e.g. J Modules
• Proficient with fault finding, diagnosis and repair on either/both Passenger and Goods lifts
• Self-motivated, reliable, and organised
• Full UK driving licence and prepared to travel with the role
