Job summary

Stirling Warrington is seeking a qualified Lift Service Engineer to join our team covering Milton Keynes. You will undertake breakdowns, planned servicing and preventative maintenance on passenger and goods lifts while maintaining a professional on-site presence.

The ideal candidate holds NVQ Level 3 in Lift Engineering, has at least two years of lift service experience, a full UK driving licence and is willing to travel within the coverage area to deliver high-quality fault-finding and repairs.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own lift service engineer operations in Milton Keynes area.
• Attend lift breakdowns and undertake planned servicing and maintenance work.
• Provide Service and PPM work at customer sites.
• Provide technical support and advice to customers and maximise first-time fix rate.
• Maintain a professional image on site as a company ambassador.
• Travel throughout the coverage area.

Key Responsibilities of the successful Lift Service Engineer:

• Management of your own lift service engineer in Milton Keynes
• Attend lift breakdowns and undertake planned servicing and maintenance work.

Key requirements of the successful Lift Service Engineer:

• NVQ Level 3 qualified in Lift Engineering
• 2 years of experience in a Lift Service / Maintenance Engineer position
• Relevant qualifications for the position, e.g. J Modules
• Proficient with fault finding, diagnosis and repair on either/both Passenger and Goods lifts
• Self-motivated, reliable, and organised
• Full UK driving licence and prepared to travel with the role
