Job summary

Marmon Lift Recruitment is recruiting an experienced Lift Service Engineer to join a well-established lift company covering West London. The role involves planned servicing and preventative maintenance across a dedicated portfolio of lifts, with inspections, fault diagnosis and repair as required.

Essential requirements include NVQ Level 3 in Lift Engineering (or equivalent) and a Full UK driving licence. The position offers strong earning potential, ongoing training, and a healthy work-life

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Lift Engineering (or equivalent) – essential.
• Full UK driving licence – essential.
• Experience servicing and maintaining lifts – essential.
• Good working knowledge of a variety of lift manufacturers and control systems.
• Strong fault-finding skills with the ability to work independently.
• Willingness to cover a West London service route.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned servicing and preventative maintenance across a dedicated portfolio of lifts throughout West London.
• Complete routine inspections, identify defects, and carry out minor repairs to ensure equipment remains safe and reliable.
• Diagnose faults during servicing visits and recommend appropriate repair work.
• Record service activities, defects, and parts requirements accurately using company systems.
• Liaise professionally with customers, providing updates and maintaining excellent service standards.
• Work safely, ensuring compliance with industry standards, company procedures, and health & safety regulations.
