Job summary

Marmon Lift Recruitment is working with a well-established client to recruit an experienced Lift Service Engineer to take ownership of a well-maintained service route in Central London. This is a varied role combining both service and repair work, offering stability alongside strong earning potential.

You'll be responsible for approximately 50 units, giving you a manageable, structured workload and the autonomy to plan and deliver your day effectively.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' lift industry experience.
• NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Lift Engineering.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain your own dedicated service route efficiently.
• Carry out repairs on passenger and goods lifts.
• Complete planned maintenance in line with service contracts.
• Accurately report servicing, repairs, and any defects.
• Contribute to continuous improvement in lift safety standards.

Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 (depending on experience & qualifications)
OTE: £80,000+ (including overtime, standby & call-out earnings)

As a Lift Engineer, you will:

The Ideal Lift Engineer

We're looking for someone who:

• Is currently working as a Lift Service, Repair, or Installation Engineer


• Has 2+ years' experience within the lift industry


• Holds an NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Lift Engineering


• Lives within a commutable distance of Central London


• Holds a full UK driving licence
