Job summary

Stannah in Essex is seeking a Lift Engineer to service, maintain and repair lifts across a defined patch. You will handle servicing, fault finding, breakdowns, and keep sites compliant with safety standards, reporting on site logs.

You’ll work Monday to Friday with a structured route and the support of a local team. A valid NVQ Level 3 in Lift Engineering and a UK driving licence are essential.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Lift Engineering (or equivalent).
• Experience working as a lift engineer (service/repair).
• Full UK driving licence.

Salary Up to £71,000 (incl OTE) based on skills and experience level.

Working Hours: Monday to Thursday 7.15 leave home return home by 5.30 and Friday leave home 7.15 return home 4.30

We’re looking for a Lift Service Engineer to cover a route across Essexand surrounding areas.

you’ll be looking after your own patch — servicing lifts, fault finding, and keeping things running safely day-to-day, with support from a local team when you need it.

Your Patch:

• Covering Essex and nearby areas
• Structured route (no random national travel)
• Mix of commercial, residential and public sites
• Mostly staying within your allocated area

Lift Engineer Responsibilities:
