Job summary

Butlin's is hiring a Lifeguard to join the Splash Waterworld team. You will help supervise slides and the wave pool, keeping guests safe while delivering an exciting, energetic experience across busy resort areas.

We welcome applicants who are energetic, alert, and capable of working as part of a team. Training will be provided to gain National Pool Lifeguard qualifications if needed, with a supportive, busy environment across all guest-facing duties.

Qualifications

• Strong swimming ability and awareness
• Willingness to learn lifeguard duties
• Excellent communication and teamwork

Responsibilities

• Supervise Splash Waterworld areas including slides and wave pool
• Ensure guest safety and provide engaging poolside activities
• Assist with guest experience and respond to emergencies as needed
• Collaborate with other team members to maintain a high-energy, guest-centric environment
