Job summary

Butlin's in the United Kingdom is seeking a Lifeguard for our Splash Waterworld. You will supervise slides, monitor the wave pool, and run poolside activities while ensuring guest safety and delivering memorable experiences.

The role is full-time, 35 hours per week across 5 days, including evenings and weekends, with live-in accommodation available if relocation is needed. Energetic, responsible individuals with strong swimming abilities are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Be a strong and confident swimmer.
• Be aged 18 or over.
• Have excellent awareness and attention to detail.
• Be confident responding to emergency situations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise slides and pool areas to ensure guest safety.
• Monitor the wave pool and other swimming zones.
• Run poolside activities to engage guests.
• Support a positive guest experience and respond quickly to incidents.
