Butlin's in the United Kingdom is seeking a proactive Team Member to support our Splash Waterworld lifeguard operations. You will help ensure guest safety, lead poolside activities, and provide exceptional service across resort environments.

You'll train to achieve your NPLQ if not already qualified, pass the resort swim test, and rotate across teams including accommodation cleaning on Mondays and Fridays. A lively, guest-focused team awaits.
