Job summary

Butlin's Splash Waterworld is looking for a lifeguard to join our busy resort team. You’ll supervise slides, monitor pools, and run poolside activities while keeping guests safe and ensuring they have a memorable experience.

The role is full-time, 35 hours across 5 days, with evenings and weekends required, and live-in accommodation is available for those relocating. We’re seeking energetic, switched-on individuals who stay calm under pressure, communicate clearly, and work well in a team.

Qualifications

• Be a strong and confident swimmer.
• Be aged 18 or over.
• Have excellent awareness and attention to detail.
• Be confident responding to emergency situations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise slides, monitor the wave pool and poolside activities.
• Engage with guests and create memorable moments.
• Ensure safety around the pool area and respond to incidents promptly.
• Work as part of a busy resort team across shifts including evenings and weekends.
