No NPLQ? No problem—Butlin's will support you to gain the National Pool Lifeguard Qualification. Prior experience in leisure or hospitality is welcome, and teamwork is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Be a strong and confident swimmer.
• Have excellent awareness and attention to detail.
• Be confident responding to emergency situations.
• NPLQ not required; we will support you to gain National Pool Lifeguard Qualification.
• Experience in leisure, hospitality, or waterpark environment is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Supervise slides and monitor the pool area.
