Freedom Leisure is hiring a Lifeguard to keep our pools safe and welcoming. You’ll work a 10.5-hour weekly rota from Wednesday to Saturday and help deliver great customer service in a busy community facility across England.

The role requires an NPLQ qualification (or equivalent), competent swimming ability, and an enhanced DBS check. You’ll join a friendly team that values training, development, and a supportive work environment.

Qualifikationen

• NPLQ qualification or equivalent (required).
• Competent swimmer; swim test may be part of interview.
• Enhanced DBS check will be carried out.

Aufgaben

• Provide a friendly, clean and safe facility for customers.
• Deliver high-quality customer service and support to all ages and abilities.
• Work a weekly rota of 10.5 hours (Wed–Sat) and collaborate across teams.
