Places Leisure is hiring Lifeguards to work in a lively, community-focused environment. You will supervise swimmers and fellow lifeguards, ensuring safety and exceptional service across our pool facilities.
The role offers ongoing training and development opportunities, including first aid at work and swimming teacher qualifications. Having NPLQ is essential; the company supports continuous learning and offers a clear path to operational management, sales, fitness or customer service roles
Competenze
- N National Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) is essential.
- A National Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) would be beneficial if not yet held.
- Be safety conscious, a competent swimmer and eager to gain life skills through development opportunities.
Mansioni
- Supervise customers and other lifeguards using our swimming and pool facilities.
- Act safely and take responsibility for the health and safety of all pool users and oversee building operations.
- Maintain excellent attention to detail to ensure customer safety while using facilities.
- Deliver first class customer service in a friendly and professional manner.
- Maintain first class cleanliness and hygiene of the facilities.
