Freedom Leisure is looking for Lifeguards at The Marina Centre in England. Join a charitable leisure trust dedicated to improving lives through leisure and community engagement.

This 33-hour-per-week rota-based position requires NPLQ or equivalent, an enhanced DBS check, and competent swimming ability. You will help maintain safe, welcoming facilities while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifikationen

• NPLQ qualification or equivalent.
• Enhanced DBS check.
• Competent swimmer - swim test will be part of interview.
• Ability to relate to customers of all ages and abilities.
• Well developed interpersonal skills.

Aufgaben

• Ensure the best levels of service for customers in a friendly, clean and safe facility.
• Provide assistance and guidance to patrons while maintaining safety standards.
• Engage with customers and colleagues across the team and organisation borders.
• Be flexible and follow instructions from managers to support operations.
• Support the leisure centre's training and development culture.
