Job summary

Freedom Leisure in Brighton is seeking a Lifeguard to join our team. You will help ensure safe, clean, and welcoming facilities while delivering excellent customer service to pool users. This role offers 15–16 hours per week, across Monday to Sunday on a rota basis.

We require an NPLQ qualification or equivalent, a competent swimming ability with a test as part of the interview, and strong interpersonal skills. DBS check and flexible, team-oriented attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• NPLQ qualification or equivalent.
• Competent swimmer with swim test.
• Ability to relate to customers of all ages and abilities and to staff at all levels.
• Well developed interpersonal skills.
• Team oriented approach and flexibility to work across organisation boundaries.

Responsibilities
