Qualifications

• NPLQ qualification or willingness to train (training provided).
• Enhanced DBS check required.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to relate to customers of all ages.
• Team oriented and flexible to work across shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, safe, and clean facilities for customers.
• Deliver high-quality customer service in busy leisure centres.
• Respond to pool safety and life-saving requirements per training.
