Job summary

Nuffield Health Stoke-on-Trent is seeking a part-time Lifeguard to help keep our pool, spa, sauna and steam room safe and welcoming for members and visitors.

This 16 hours per week role is paid pro rata at £26,707.20 per year. You will hold a National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) or equivalent and maintain training records. Join a supportive team and help deliver great customer care in a fitness environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) or equivalent.
• Ability to maintain training records for staff.
• Strong customer care mindset and positive attitude.
• Works well as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• As a Lifeguard you will help members stay safe and healthy around the pool, spa, sauna and steam room.
• Remain attentive and alert at all times.
• Create a friendly, relaxed and professional environment.
• Welcome and support members using facilities.
• Pay close attention to safety and respond to incidents immediately.
• Ensure Pool Safety Guidelines are followed at all times.

As a Lifeguard, you will:
