Job summary

Nuffield Health Crawley is seeking an Ad-hoc Lifeguard to keep our pool, spa, sauna and steam room safe for members and visitors. You will monitor facilities, respond to incidents quickly and maintain high safety standards.

You must hold a National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) or equivalent and provide training records. A friendly attitude and strong teamwork are essential, with a passion for customer care. This bank role offers flexible hours and a supportive benefits package.

Lifeguard Crawley FWC | Fitness | Bank | Ad-hoc £13.10 per hour

Working on the bank means you are not contracted to a set number of hours per week but instead work on an ad-hoc basis to suit the needs of the business and your availability.

As a Lifeguard at our gym, you’ll hold a National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) or equivalent and you’re able to provide ongoing training records.

As a Lifeguard, you will:
