Job summary

Equans is seeking an Account Manager to join the team at Tameside General Hospital on a permanent, full-time basis. The role involves leading on-site operations, supporting the Accounts Director and cross-functional teams to drive performance improvements and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

  • ONC/HNC or equivalent experience in Facilities Management.
  • IOSH Managing safely or similar H&S qualification.
  • Experience of managing staff/projects within a PFI environment and liaising with the client.
  • Commercial/legal qualifications or experience in PFI contract operations.
  • Experience of reporting, data and trend analysis, including paymech reports and monthly performance reports.

Responsibilities

  • Lead on-site as part of the senior management team.
  • Provide leadership to improve performance and efficiency.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations and reporting.
  • Support monthly deductions and service reports.
  • Develop processes to deliver the contract and drive improvements.
  • Analyze performance data to identify trends and improvements.
  • Maintain relationships with key clients and internal teams.
