Job summary

Obsidian builds high-fidelity simulated work environments to evaluate AI agents in real brand marketing tasks. You will design briefs, artifacts, and the criteria used to judge strong responses and realistic mistakes.

You will specify documents, dashboards, personas and tool states needed for credible tasks, and refine reference answers and evaluation criteria against a rigorous rubric.

Qualifications

• Hands-on practitioner in brand marketing with proven impact.
• Able to read brand tracking studies and share-of-voice data.
• Experience building AI training environments or simulated cases preferred.
• Rubric Academy or Rubric Bootcamp certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design task briefs drawn from real brand marketing work and testing needs.
• Specify required documents, dashboards, personas and tool states.
• Write or review reference answers and the success criteria.
• Review AI agent attempts and judge against your standard.
