Job summary

Dex is building a high-growth lifecycle platform in the UK. This role leads the activation, onboarding, and re-engagement journeys across email, in-app, and notifications, working closely with product and engineering.

You’ll design segmentation, automation, and metrics to turn behavioural signals into personalised experiences that drive retention. You’ll partner with marketing to ensure consistent voice, educate users on Dex, and own the lifecycle reporting layer.

Qualifications

• You’ve stood up lifecycle or CRM from scratch.
• You come from a consumer tech or software business focusing on user experience.
• You think in growth metrics (CAC/LTV, conversion, revenue growth).
• You’re highly technical, analytical, and commercial.
• You’ve worked with growth teams at early-stage companies.

Responsibilities

• Own the lifecycle stack end to end and implement tooling, segmentation, triggers, and cadences.
• Design onboarding journeys from signup to first valuable actions.
• Turn behavioural signals into personalised journeys.
• Educate users on the product and align voice across channels with marketing.
• Own reactivation as a core metric and build activation sequences.
• Build the reporting layer from the ground up to measure lifecycle performance.
• Run continuous tests and quickly discard what doesn’t work.
• Report to the Head of Growth and collaborate with product and engineering.
