Job summary

Indeed Flex is hiring a B2C Lifecycle Communications Manager (CRM) in London. You will own end-to-end lifecycle communications strategy across the UK and US, shaping onboarding, activation, education, retention and re-engagement.

You will combine data, creativity and consumer judgement to develop compelling content across email, SMS, push and in-app messaging, and test new approaches to improve conversion and worker experience.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in lifecycle marketing, customer engagement, CRM or consumer communications.
• Understanding of customer behaviour and lifecycle journeys to influence conversion, engagement and retention.
• Proven content creation across email, SMS, push and in-app messaging.
• Track record delivering measurable results through experimentation and journey optimization.
• Strong analytical skills with customer data, segmentation and behavioural insights.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve end-to-end lifecycle communications strategy across the UK and US.
• Identify where communications can remove friction, influence behaviour and improve worker experience.
• Map and optimize lifecycle journeys to improve funnel conversion and long-term engagement.
• Develop content across email, SMS, push, in-app messaging and the worker newsletter.
• Build and manage automated lifecycle journeys with timely, coordinated communications.
• Use data and insights to prioritize opportunities and measure impact.
• Design and run experiments on messaging, creative, audience, channel, timing and frequency.
• Own the worker communications calendar and prioritisation principles.
