Zusammenfassung

OCPR, a fast-growing digital marketing agency in Sheffield, is hiring a CRM/Email Marketing Manager to lead email and CRM activity across client accounts. You will deliver campaign builds, automated flows, segmentation, testing and reporting, working with Klaviyo/ActiveCampaign and other tools.

You’ll craft persuasive copy, optimise journeys from welcome to win-back, and maintain data hygiene while ensuring GDPR compliance.

Qualifikationen

• 1+ years hands-on experience in email marketing or CRM
• Experience building automated flows or journeys, not just one-off sends
• Good understanding of segmentation and how audience selection affects performance
• Strong written English and ability to write persuasive copy
• Working understanding of GDPR/PECR compliance in marketing

Aufgaben

• Build, test and schedule email campaigns in Klaviyo and ActiveCampaign
• Write and edit email copy, subject lines and CTAs
• Create and optimise automated flows and journeys (welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase)
• Create audience segments based on behaviour and lifecycle
• Manage data hygiene, suppressions and re-engagement
• Plan and run A/B tests on subject lines, creative and send times
• Support development of client CRM strategies and calendars
• Monitor deliverability and resolve inbox-placement issues
• Report on open/click/conversions/revenue and list growth
• Produce client reports and communicate CRM activity
• Collaborate with designers and developers on templates and landing pages
• Ensure GDPR/PECR compliance and data handling practices
• Stay up-to-date with email marketing trends and platform features
• Align CRM with clients' broader digital activity
