Job summary

Whitbread PLC is seeking a CRM Executive to lead customer communications and data-driven campaigns within our marketing team, owning the briefing, build, test and deployment of communications that resonate with customers.

In this role you will collaborate with the CRM Manager and CRM Developer, work with Brand, eCommerce and Data teams, and gain hands-on experience with Braze, Bloomreach, Hightouch and Tealium to deliver high‑quality campaigns and measurable insights.

Qualifications

• Brief, build and manage CRM campaigns from concept to deployment, ensuring on-time delivery.
• Execute thorough QA processes to deliver accurate, error-free campaigns and distribution.
• Strong CRM platform user, designing efficient journeys and personalised communications.
• Understand customer data structures and apply segmentation to target relevant audiences.
• Build campaign reports and analyse performance to optimise future activity.
