Lloyds Banking Group is hiring a CRM Manager for hybrid UK roles across multiple offices. You will design, deliver and optimise lifecycle campaigns across email, push, in-app and SMS, driving engagement and customer lifetime value.

The role collaborates with Growth, Product and Data teams and requires strong data-driven marketing skills. Hybrid working with regular office presence, strong stakeholder management and experience with cross-functional teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in CRM, lifecycle or retention marketing.
• Delivery of multi-channel CRM campaigns across email, push, in-app and SMS.
• Strong understanding of customer segmentation and lifecycle marketing.

Responsibilities

• Design, deliver and optimise CRM campaigns to drive engagement and retention.
• Own onboarding, activation and retention journeys across UK/EEA markets.
• Oversee campaign execution, QA and continuous testing to improve performance.
• Advise stakeholders on best practices and emerging trends in lifecycle marketing.
