Job summary

Fella & Jones, a premium UK consumer brand, seeks a CRM Lifecycle & Loyalty Manager to own the lifecycle CRM and loyalty strategy, turning customer insight into stronger engagement and advocacy. You will shape journeys from acquisition to retention and VIP status, with hands-on delivery.

You’ll lead Klaviyo automations and develop an Antavo-powered loyalty roadmap, presenting recommendations to senior leadership and driving commercial impact.

Qualifications

• Proven experience owning lifecycle marketing and loyalty programmes.
• Commercially minded and data-led approach to campaigns.
• Experience using Antavo and Klaviyo for automation and personalisation.

Responsibilities

• Own lifecycle CRM and loyalty strategy and roadmap.
• Develop automated journeys across Welcome, Browse, Cart Abandonment, Post-Purchase, Subscription, Win-back and VIP.
• Build and optimise Klaviyo flows, triggers and personalisation.
• Develop and optimise Antavo loyalty platform.
• Analyse loyalty performance: engagement, rewards and tier structure.
• Collaborate with Ecommerce and Data teams on segmentation and targeting.
• Communicate lifecycle and loyalty insights across the business.
