Job summary
Azenta is seeking an Account Manager to drive sales of the life sciences consumables and instrumentation portfolio across Oxford, Wales and the South West UK. You will grow the customer network, manage accounts, and deliver on quarterly targets with CRM-driven reporting.
The role requires a life sciences degree and at least 2 years of field sales experience in the UK life sciences market, with strong product demonstration and relationship-building skills. Travel is expected.
Qualifications
- Degree in life sciences or equivalent experience.
- Proven field sales experience – minimum 2 years – in UK life sciences.
- Ability to demonstrate technical products and explain workflows clearly.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a business growth plan for the territory.
- Achieve annual sales goals through account development and pipeline management.
- Maintain CRM records and report on pipeline and activities monthly.
- Present Azenta consumables and instrumentation offerings to customers.
- Travel regularly within Oxford, Wales and the South West UK.
- Support partners and participate in events to generate opportunities.
