Job summary

Sygnature Discovery is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to manage the full recruitment lifecycle and deliver a professional, engaging candidate experience from first contact through onboarding.

You will source, engage and attract candidates, collaborate with hiring managers and the People Team, and contribute to improving recruitment processes while strengthening our employer brand and pipelines for future growth.

Qualifications

• End-to-end in-house recruitment experience is a must.
• Direct sourcing experience and ability to engage passive candidates.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to build trusted relationships.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience screening candidates and assessing fit against role requirements.
• Proactive, organised approach with multiple vacancies.
• Knowledge of recruitment legislation and employment law.
• Experience in life sciences/pharma is advantageous.
• CIPD Level 3 qualification is beneficial but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy briefing to offer and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to deliver a high-quality, compliant recruitment service.
• Source and engage candidates via LinkedIn, talent mapping, networking, referrals and job boards.
• Deliver a positive candidate experience and promote the employer brand.
• Contribute to continuous improvement in talent acquisition and onboarding.
• Monitor recruitment data and provide insights for decision-making.
• Share market intelligence and recruitment best practices with stakeholders.
• Support Talent Acquisition Coordinators and Administrators as required.
