Sygnature Discovery is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition professional for a 6‑month maternity cover. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering with hiring managers and stakeholders to deliver a high-quality, engaging candidate experience.

• Experience delivering end-to-end recruitment, in-house preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building at all levels.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience screening and assessing candidates against role requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy briefing to onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers for high-quality, efficient recruitment service.
• Source and engage candidates via LinkedIn, talent mapping, networking, referrals, job boards.
• Promote employer brand and deliver positive candidate experience.
