Agentforce Life Sciences (AFLS) seeks an experienced Product Liaison Director to drive AI-centric implementation strategies and align product engineering with customer needs across Salesforce and partner ecosystems.

You will coordinate field consultants, customers, and the product team to accelerate migrations, reduce bespoke work, and promote scalable reference architectures and playbooks.

• 12+ years of Life Sciences industry software implementation and integration experience.
• Focused expertise in implementing Veeva Vault CRM.
• Experience developing software implementation best practices, methodologies, and tools.

• Develop AI-centric solutions and methods that accelerate customer migrations and reduce manual effort in complex integrations.
• Scale product and industry expertise across Salesforce and Partner ecosystem using reusable assets and enablement workshops.
• Serve as primary SME and liaison between product engineering, field consultants, and customer implementation teams.
• Lead technical discovery and publish solution blueprints and best practices to minimize bespoke customization.

The Experience

The Agentforce Life Sciences (AFLS) Product Liaison Director improves the outcomes of customer software implementations, both across the portfolio of implementation projects and in support of individual projects. This role focuses on implementing best practices and tools that accelerate product implementations while improving quality.

The Product Liaison Director brings product and industry expertise to the field and acts as a primary point of coordination between Salesforce Professional Services, Partners, Customers, and the Product Team.

What You'll Actually Be Doing

• Develop AI-centric solutions and methods, including AI-driven playbooks and automation tools, that accelerate customer migration from Veeva Vault to Agentforce Life Sciences and reduce manual effort in complex integrations
• Scale AFLS product and industry expertise across Salesforce and our Partner ecosystem through reusable assets, reference architectures, training modules, and enablement workshops for Professional Services teams and SI partners
• Serve as the primary subject matter expert and liaison between product engineering, field consultants, and customer implementation teams
• Lead technical discovery and solution analyses for high-priority user stories, partner with Product Management to prioritize enhancements, and publish solution blueprints and best practices that minimize bespoke customization
