Job summary

Leadout Capital seeks a Director of Product Liaison for Agentforce Life Sciences to bridge product engineering and field execution, implementing best practices and tools that accelerate deployments while ensuring top-tier quality.

You will coordinate between Salesforce Professional Services, SI Partners, customers, and internal Product teams, leveraging deep technical and industry expertise to drive innovation and streamline complex integrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is required.
• 10+ years of software implementation and integration experience in Life Sciences is required.
• Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing Veeva Vault CRM solutions.
• Proven track record of developing scalable implementation methodologies and technical tools.

Responsibilities

• Design, pilot, and scale AI-driven implementation playbooks and automation tools for data and process transformations.
• Establish standardized methodologies using generative AI platforms to reduce manual effort during complex system integrations.
• Evaluate and refine implementation tools based on field feedback.
