Job summary

John Sisk and Son is recruiting a Planner for its Life Science team in Macclesfield. The post is full time and sits under planning and project controls, supporting the project’s lead senior planner on a framework of pharmaceutical works that ranges from minor upgrades to larger refurbishments and new builds.

The planner handles site planning and reporting, preparing internal and external progress reports and project dashboards backed by trade performance data, tender event schedules and design

Qualifications

• NEC or JCT project planning experience required.
• Laboratory experience is a plus.
• Proficient with Primavera P6 and Asta Powerproject.
• Synchro and BIM knowledge desirable.
• Membership of CIOB, ICE or APM is encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Prepare internal and external progress reports and dashboards.
• Baseline programmes, reschedule progress and analyse critical paths.
• Produce planned vs actual S-curves and KPI tracking.
• Manage subcontractor programme submissions and raise risks with mitigations.
