Job summary

Sisk Group is recruiting a Senior Planner for a Life Sciences scheme in Bicester on a 6-month contract. You will lead programme development, coordinate design, procurement and construction activities, and provide regular progress reporting.

The role requires strong planning leadership, knowledge of UK planning frameworks and experience managing planning teams, with proficiency in Asta Powerproject, Primavera P6 and related tools.

Qualifications

• Must have degree or diploma in construction/engineering or related field.
• Experience leading planning teams on live construction projects.
• Knowledge of UK/EU contract frameworks (JCT/NEC) is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of baseline contract programme with full logic and critical path.
• Prepare tender event programmes for subcontract procurement.
• Produce weekly/monthly progress reports and 4D/2D phasing information.
• Coordinate with design, procurement and construction teams to optimise sequencing.
• Mentor and PDPs for assistant planners; drive development actions.
