Job summary

The Air Ambulance Service is recruiting a part-time Assistant Shop Manager (Sundays) for a 12-month FTC in Corby. You will assist the Shop Manager, plan deliveries, rotate stock, and ensure efficient back-room operations while delivering great customer service and helping achieve sales targets.

Ideal candidates have strong interpersonal skills, flexible weekend availability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, mission-driven charity setting within our Corby pop-up shop.

Responsibilities

• Assisting the Shop Manager in maintaining the day-to-day operation of the shop.
• Planning and managing deliveries and collections.
• Operating the agreed stock rotation system and pricing structure.
• Ensuring an efficient back-room operation.
• Delivery of budgeted sales targets and maximising profitProviding excellent customer service.
• Creating a welcoming atmosphere for customers and the shop team.
