Welcome to the Audi F1 Project.
Audi will be competing in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship from 2026.
The new team has three locations: Audi's Motorsport Competence Center in Neuburg (Germany), the Sauber Group's Formula 1 factory in Hinwil (Switzerland), and the Sauber Motorsport Technical Center in the UK, which will be operational this year. Our Power Unit is from Neuburg, while Hinwil handles chassis development and race operations.

This position for the Audi F1 Project is based at Sauber in Hinwil (Switzerland).
Your mission
This is a bold and ambitious project focused on building a world-class merchandising, licensing, and retail business. In this fast-paced, start-up environment, we seek a Licensing & Merchandising Specialist who can combine strategic vision with hands-on execution. The main responsibilities include developing and managing our licensing business, working closely with licensees and partners, and supporting merchandising activities. The ideal candidate must be adaptable, proactive, and comfortable switching between strategic planning and operational execution.
