Job summary

Adecco Group UK & Ireland is seeking a Licencing Coordinator to join the Industry Rules portfolio, handling the granting, modification, and revocation of licences for regulated parties. The role focuses on managing increasing volumes and ensuring robust processes across licensable activities.

Location options include Glasgow, Cardiff, or London with hybrid working one day in the office; a temporary 6-month contract with hourly rates of £15 (outside London) or £17 (London) for a 36-hour week.

• Maintain a robust and efficient licence application process, with accurate record-keeping and an audit trail of correspondence.
• Recommend improvements for day-to-day operations of the licensing tasks.
• Keep internal guidance documents and standard licence conditions up-to-date and robust.
• Develop collaborative relationships with policy teams and the wider industry.
