Job summary

Morgan Hunt is recruiting an interim Regulatory Caseworker to join their Casework function on a 12-month fixed-term contract with potential extension. Hybrid working, average 2 days per month in London or Birmingham offices, salary £32,000 per annum. Full-time, 37.5 hours per week.

The role involves managing a varied caseload across licensing, complaints, disputes and licensing activity, gathering and analysing information, and making evidence-based recommendations within regulatory frameworks.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a varied caseload within regulatory, legal, or licensing environments.
• Ability to analyse complex information to reach evidence-based conclusions.
• Understanding of regulation and/or utilities sector.
• Strong customer service and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience working within policy frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of customer enquiries, complaints, disputes and licensing applications.
• Lead resolution of disputes and complaints in line with processes and governance.
• Assess licensing applications and make evidence-based recommendations.
• Gather, analyse and document complex information to support decisions.
• Maintain accurate case records and communicate with stakeholders.
