Job summary

CQ Search Group Ltd. is recruiting on behalf of a large CPG manufacturer in Cambridge for a licensed Millwright to keep production and packaging equipment running safely and efficiently.

You will install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair equipment; perform preventive maintenance; align conveyors, pumps, gearboxes, motors, and drives; read blueprints; weld and fabricate as needed. Strong safety focus and ability to work continental shifts required.

Qualifications

• Millwright experience in a manufacturing environment
• Availability for continental shifts, rotating days and nights every 4 weeks

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair production equipment
• Perform preventive maintenance and diagnose breakdowns quickly
• Align and adjust conveyors, pumps, gearboxes, motors, and drives
• Read blueprints and schematics; weld and fabricate as needed
• Log work in the CMMS
• Follow LOTO, GMP, and safety procedures
