Job summary

Pioneer Selection is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Engineer for Weymouth, Dorset. You will fault find, maintain, and repair a range of industrial machinery, performing preventive, corrective, and breakdown tasks to keep plant reliability high.

Qualifications

• Maintenance experience within an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Electrical qualification desirable?

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and breakdown repairs across equipment.
• Work with a small engineering team to maintain plant reliability and minimise downtime.
• Assist with improving maintenance strategies and asset performance.
