Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in a busy, customer-facing role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong digital skills with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Able to carry out manual tasks such as moving stock.

Responsibilities

• Create welcoming, inclusive space for visitors.
• Lead Story Time sessions and promote reading initiatives.
• Assist with administrative tasks including payments and stock management.
