The Recruitment Co is recruiting a Library Assistant for Portstewart Library. You will help library users, deliver friendly customer service, and support a range of admin and ICT tasks.

Responsibilities include assisting users with ICT equipment and digital services, supporting events for children and older people, handling transactions, maintaining records, and promoting library services to the local community.

Qualifications

• GCSEs (5 including English and Maths).
• 1 year's experience in a face-to-face customer service role.
