Stride Resource Management Ltd, on behalf of a leading insurance and claims solutions provider, is seeking a Casualty Claims Handler for the West Midlands. The role offers hybrid working and is commutable from Birmingham, Coventry, Lichfield, Tamworth, Sutton Coldfield, Nuneaton and surrounding areas.

You will manage EL and PL claims from first notification through to settlement, investigate liability, assess damages, negotiate settlements within authority levels, and maintain strong

We are working with a leading insurance and claims solutions provider who are looking to appoint a Casualty Claims Handler in the West Midlands. This role offers hybrid working and is commutable from Birmingham, Coventry, Lichfield, Tamworth, Sutton Coldfield, Nuneaton, and surrounding areas.

As a Casualty Claims Handler, you will manage a caseload of EL and PL insurance claims, taking responsibility for investigating liability, assessing damages, and achieving fair outcomes. This is an opportunity for an experienced claims professional to gain more autonomy and responsibility, while working with a supportive and established insurance business.

Responsibilities

Handle and investigate casualty (EL/PL) insurance claims from first notification through to settlement

Review, record, and manage claims within policy and compliance standards
