Job Opportunity: Liability Claims Handler/Adjuster

A specialist liability adjusting practice is seeking to strengthen its adjusting network through the appointment of an additional liability desk-adjuster/claims handler to work from their South Wales base.

Role Overview:

1. This is a technical, hands-on role where you will handle a varied portfolio of EL and PL claims, including third-party property damage risks.
2. You will work with diverse clients across industries such as Construction, Engineering, and Lloyd's of London, making each day different.
3. The role involves charging for time; training will be provided if needed.
4. There are genuine opportunities for progression and development due to future business expansion. There is also potential to advance to a field adjuster role if desired.

Candidate Requirements:

• An experienced Liability Claims handler/Adjuster.
• Background working in a Loss Adjusting practice, for an insurer within a Liability Claims team, or within the legal field managing liability claims.
• Proven experience managing your own caseload of EL/PL losses with a hands-on and technical approach.
• Willingness to work in an office environment on a hybrid basis.
• Industry qualifications are preferred or a willingness to work towards them.

Salary & Benefits:

• Desk-based Liability Adjuster/Handler salary up to £40,000 per annum (flexible) plus an excellent benefits package.
