Robert Half is recruiting 4 General Liability Insurance Claims Adjusters on behalf of a growing insurance business.

The role will be 100% remote on a temp-to-perm basis. The hourly rate for this role will be between £18 - £22 PH DOE.

This role involves speaking with customers to ensure their insurance claims are handled professionally and empathetically. You will guide business insurance and liability claims from initial contact to completion. You need the ability to investigate insurance policies and understand coverage details.

Responsibilities include:
  • Handling Liability claims from start to finish.
  • Managing stakeholders, clients, and customers professionally and empathetically.
  • Working to deadlines and KPIs.
  • Providing accurate and consistent information based on a solid understanding of procedures.
  • Maintaining accurate records to uphold data integrity.
  • Collaborating with the team to resolve complex issues and escalate when necessary.
  • Striving to exceed customer expectations and deliver exceptional service.

Applicants should have previous experience in General Liability Claims, familiarity with policies and procedures, and ideally experience in Loss Adjusting or legal management of liability claims.
