Qualifications

• Studying for a degree in Mechanical, thermal, or electrical engineering.
• Interest in Thermal management, modelling, and Li-ion Batteries.
• Good team player and knowledge transfer skills.
• Strong work ethics. Sense of ownership and responsibility, good organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop understanding of Li-ion cell behavior and characterize dynamic responses.
• Explore factors influencing Li-ion cell performance and the role of thermal management.
• Gain hands-on experience with commercial simulation tools for modeling battery pack behavior.
• Learn the VPI process and how simulation informs design decisions across development phases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional technical experts and senior engineers to provide input and negotiate design solutions.
• Document technical findings, best practices, and present results in technical forums.
