Job summary

Linde plc in the United Kingdom is seeking a delivery driver to ensure the road worthiness, safekeeping and cleanliness of vehicles used to transport gas cylinders. • Ensuring the road worthiness, safekeeping and cleanliness of vehicle allocated
• You will complete daily pre-use inspection check sheet for the vehicle and as well as any specialised equipment that you may need to use as part of daily work
• If necessary, operate special BOC equipment such as a forklift truck or crane for loading and unloading vehicles
• Applying defensive driving techniques, knowledge of commercial driving regulations and roads to ensure the safe transit and delivery of cylinders is required
• You will deliver approx. 15-20 gas cylinders per day to customers in the area
• Use safe cylinder manual handling techniques to deliver/collect cylinders to/from customers
• Adhering to strict Health & Safety operations
