Job summary

BOC Limited, a Linde company, is seeking a Transport Manager to lead daily operations across Wembley and Harlow. You will act as the named Transport Manager for the Operator License, ensuring service delivery, safety compliance and strong stakeholder engagement.

You will champion a proactive safety culture, manage budgets, and develop teams across sites. Collaboration with Sales, Production and Customer Service is essential to align transport with strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Transport Manager CPC is required.
• Experience of managing a transport function across multiple sites with a focus on collaboration and service delivery.
• Familiarity with SHEQ standards and approaches to operational risk management.
• Experience managing budgets and performance using KPIs with focus on continuous improvement and accountability.
• Strong leadership and people skills, including building relationships in a unionized workplace.

• Lead, support and develop teams across multiple sites, fostering a culture ofinclusion, respect and high performance. Manage budgets, resourceplanning, and productivity, using data and insights to support continuousimprovement and equitable resource
• Collaboratewith colleagues in Sales, Production and customer Service to ensuretransport operations are aligned with shared business goals
• Businesscontinuity. Mandatory governance of both The Wembley and Harlow sites.
