Job summary

Müller UK & Ireland is seeking Class 1 Drivers to join the Glasgow Depot within the Müller Milk & Ingredients Distribution team. This permanent, full-time role offers a 4-on-3-off shift pattern and modern vehicles.

You will deliver milk products to stores and distribution centres, ensuring timely deliveries and safety compliance. The role requires HGV Class 1 (LGV Cat C+E), CPC, and a digital tachograph card, with up to 6 minor points accepted.

Qualifications

• HGV Class 1 Licence, CPC and digital tachograph card required.
• Physically fit for loading/unloading and manual handling.
• Reliable, self-motivated and a strong team player.

Responsibilities

• Deliver milk products to stores and regional distribution centres.
• Timely deliveries with accurate documentation and regulatory compliance.
• Puts safety first and ensures vehicle checks are completed correctly.
• Plan routes considering road works and traffic for efficient journeys.
• Act as the interface between Müller and customers with professional conduct.

We are seeking Class 1 Drivers to join our Glasgow Depot within the Müller Milk & Ingredients Distribution team. This is a permanent, full-time role offering flexibility, modern vehicles, and no overnight stays.

As a Distrbution Driver, your primary responsibility is to safely and efficiently product from our distribution depots to supermarketswithin the network (including loading and reloading), ensuring timely deliveries, accurate documentation, and compliance with all safety and transportation regulation.

• Shift Pattern: 4 on 3 off (Sun
• Wed 00.00am start, 3000 start, Tuesday
• Saturday 0300 start, wed
• sat 0100 start & 1000 start)

• Hourly rate: Hourly rate
• 1.125 xbasic rate for work on a Saturday
• 1.5 x basic rate for work on a Sunday
• Additional 14.25%uplift of base rate for Unsociable hours (6PM – 4AM)
• 1.5 x basic pay rate for work on a public holiday
• 1.125 x basic rate for overtime
• £19.46 per hour
• Monthly pay, 33 days holiday (increasing with service), enhanced family leave, life assurance (x2), company pension (up to 4%), uniform, secure parking, and access to Müller Rewards discounts.

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver milk products to stores and regional distribution centres.
• Timely deliveries, accurate documentation, and compliance with all safety and transportation regulation.
• Puts safety first and respects all other road users.
• Diligent in ensuring driver and vehicle checks are completed correctly.
• Forward thinking, route checks for safety restrictions, planned road works and traffic to ensure your journey will be smooth and efficient.
• Highly professional in all situations as you are the interface between the business and our customer base.

Requirements:

• HGV Class 1 Licence (LGV Cat C+E), CPC, digital card
• Max 6 minor licence points (no serious convictions)
• Physically fit for loading/unloading trolleys
• Reliable, self-motivated, and a strong team player
